Ukraine Fire Conference and Miracle Service Draw Massive Crowds

Dnipropetrovsk, Ukraine, one of the key hubs of the nuclear, arms, and space industries of the former Soviet Union was largely closed to the outside until the 1990s. Today it is very open, and excitement spread throughout the area with news of the Benny Hinn Ministries Fire Conference in the Cultural Centre Meteor and Miracle Service in the Stadium Meteor. Powerful reports from the July 13–14, 2009, services in Ukraine’s third largest city featured powerful preaching, heartfelt salvations, and widespread miracles!

The kindest words of appreciation flowed from so many residents of the region around Dnipropetrovsk, located southeast of Kiev, Ukraine's capital.

The Monday evening Fire Conference began with the Cultural Centre Meteor jammed to capacity with a crowd of people outside unable to get in.

“Holy Spirit, I want to know You!”
“I believe every person seated on the platform and seated here is hungry for the anointing,” Pastor Benny said to the openly appreciative audience. Quickly he moved into a powerful teaching on the Holy Spirit.

“When the blood of Jesus is presented in its simplicity and fullness,” he shared, “the anointing of the Holy Spirit will come. When the blood of Jesus is revealed, the oil of the Holy Spirit will be revealed. Wherever you find the power of the blood, you will find the power of the Holy Spirit.”

Pastor Benny shared how he met the Holy Spirit through the ministry of Kathryn Kuhlman.

“When I met the Holy Spirit,” he revealed, “I knew very little about the Bible. So in absolute simplicity and true innocence, I looked up one day and said, ‘Holy Spirit, I want to know You.’ That was over 36 years ago. I look back and am amazed at what He has taught me and where He has brought me.”

His teaching moved into the greatest discoveries about the Holy Spirit:

1. He is as real a person as God the Father.
2. He is as real a person as God the Son.
3. He has a great personality.
4. He is filled with joy and filled with sorrow. He is a person of great joy, yet filled with sorrow.
5. He is a person of variety.
6. He is gentle, firm, and very strong.

Citing 1 Corinthians 2:10-12, Pastor Benny said, “The Holy Spirit knows everything there is to know about God the Father and God the Son. In fact, the Holy Spirit’s job after my salvation is to reveal everything there is about God to my heart. The Holy Spirit has intellect, and forever He will be revealing God to us. The Holy Spirit is the power behind the Godhead. He is the power that makes it happen. If the Holy Spirit’s power can turn mud into a man, what will happen if He comes upon you one more time?”

He stopped for a moment then asked, “How many are ready for the wind to blow upon you one more time?”

The audience responded with cheers and applause.

Before moving into a time of ministry and prayer over those who attended, he concluded, “I have never said, `Holy Spirit, give me Your power.’ I have only said, ‘Holy Spirit, come with me.’ For where you find the Holy Spirit, you will find power. He is holy and precious!”

“I believe this could be the night when all will be healed … right here in the Ukraine!”
A capacity crowd of up to 30,000 jammed the Stadium Meteor soccer stadium on Tuesday evening for the much-anticipated Miracle Service. The 1500-voice choir sang dynamic melodies of praise and worship in Russian.

After a sermon featuring biblical accounts of Jesus healing all, miracles began filling the stadium, and as Pastor Benny invited those who had been healed to come to the platform to testify what had happened, a huge number of people pressed forward to testify of healings. Especially significant were these notable miracles:

• A lady had suffered for 12 years with rectal cancer, experiencing severe pain during that time. Suddenly all the pain left! The audience offered waves of praise as she testified of God’s healing touch.

• A lady came to the platform to testify that a tumor in her lower abdomen had disappeared during the service! Not only that, but the woman’s pain had vanished, as well.

• A young man came to the platform to share how he had been healed from the ravages of AIDs. He had previously suffered with tumors behind his ears from the disease, as well as a tumor under his arm. Pastor Benny told the young man to turn toward the audience and tell them what had happened. As he shared his testimony, the thousands who jammed the soccer field filled the stadium with cheers, rejoicing at the miracle testimony!

• A young girl came to testify of her healing from scoliosis, a condition with which she had suffered since birth. Pastor Benny asked the young woman to bend at the waist. She leaned forward, touching the floor with her hands. Pastor Benny pointed to her back and said, “Look how straight her spine is!” As she stood upright again, she leaned backward slightly as Pastor Benny looked on. The people began to cheer, so the girl did it again, bending further backward the second time. She began to repeat the motion until she was completely bent over backward, with her hands touching the floor beneath her, moving with the ease of a gymnast.

• A woman came to the Miracle Service with a paralyzed leg with the crutches she had used for a number of years. During the service, the paralysis left! When she reached the platform, she threw down the crutches and walked back and forth with Pastor Benny, repeatedly rejoicing at God’s miracle.

• A woman who had suffered with diabetes for the past decade spoke of enduring terrible pain all over her body. During the service, all the pain left her body, and for the first time in 10 years she was pain free! She rejoiced at what God had done for her, weeping tears of joy.

• A lady with a broken ankle was healed during the service. She reported that all the pain was gone, and she astonished all as she began dancing around with an ankle that was suddenly, completely whole.

There were so many miracles—deafness gone, crippled able to walk, cancers erased, pain vanished, wheelchairs left vacant, crutches cast aside—that not all were able to come to the platform to testify of God’s healing anointing.

After Pastor Benny shared about salvation, “the greatest miracle of all,” an altar call brought a mighty outpouring of God’s grace as people of all ages throughout the vast stadium prayed to receive Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord!

At the end of the final service, tears flowed freely throughout the stadium as people of all ages sang and an ocean of hands lifted upward, rejoicing at all that God had done in their midst.
