Massive Crusade Crowd in Stuttgart, Germany

Boasting the motto, “Stuttgart is more,” this German metropolis truly was “more” in so many ways as people from throughout Europe and the world traveled to one of the nation’s largest cities for the May 16–17, 2008, Holy Spirit Miracle Crusade. God’s life-changing and miracle-working power touched men, women, and children throughout the massive Schleyer-Halle.

Many nations were represented by those who attended the Stuttgart miracle crusade, including the host country, France, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, South Korea, Brazil, Austria, Switzerland, England, Finland, Ireland, Scotland, Ukraine, Italy, the United States, South Africa, Croatia, Denmark, and more. 

Each service began with powerful music, performed in both English and German, by the majestic crusade choir. 

The Greatest Miracle and a Special Testimony

A dynamic salvation message was delivered in each service Pastor Benny Hinn. Thousands of all ages responded and came forward to receive Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. As they repeated the words of the salvation prayer, first in English and then in German, many wept tears of joy as the weight and guilt of their past were lifted and their lives redeemed and reconciled through salvation.

One woman said that her brother had answered the salvation call in Antwerp, Belgium, at one of the recent services. He had been an alcoholic for 20 years and had been unable to stop drinking. As the woman related the story about her brother, she told one of the Benny Hinn Ministries staff members how thrilled she was at the change that had happened to her brother: “Since that service in Antwerp when he gave his heart and life to Jesus Christ, my brother has not had one drink. He hasn’t even had a desire to drink. He’s happy, whole, and healed for the first time in 20 or more years. To Jesus belongs all the glory!”

Miracle Teaching

During the services Pastor Benny preached inspirational messages on healing, citing several examples from Scripture where Jesus healed all.

He began quoting Matthew 4:23-24 and 9:35 in which Jesus went around healing the people. “After they were healed,” Pastor Benny explained, “Jesus preached what is commonly referred to as ‘The Sermon on the Mount,’ delivering the Beatitudes, and He healed all that were sick that it might be spoken of by the prophets!”

In the final service, Pastor Benny preached a challenging message that focused on 48 hours in the life of Jesus and the miracles of healing that took place during that time.

“Jesus went about healing the people all the time,” he said. “Blind men followed him. Sick people sought him. And today, I challenge those of you in need of a miracle to trust Jesus who still wants to heal all today!”

Mighty Miracles

A powerful anointing for healing descended quickly on each of the services, touching the sick and afflicted. Because of the many languages represented at the crusade—including German, French, Dutch, and English—a number of interpreters were needed to help translate the miracle testimonies.

Miracles included these:

• A woman with a body brace removed the brace and carried it onto the platform as she was freed from pain and the problems associated with her condition.
  
  
• An older woman who had suffered for three years with severe carpel tunnel syndrome came forward to testify of God’s healing touch on her. All the pain was gone.
  
  
• A young woman who had suffered with two cancerous breast tumors came forward to testify that one tumor had vanished and the other was steadily shrinking.
  
  
• A woman who had cancer in her back testified that she felt a strong warmth on her, and the pain and discomfort that she had suffered with so long was going away.
  
  
• Several testimonies related to healing from various forms of arthritis.
  
  
• A woman with two tumors under her arm came to the platform to testify that both were gone.
  
  
• A woman who had suffered with severe eczema that covered almost her entire body, came forward on the first night to testify of God’s healing touch. On the second evening, she came back to report that God’s healing had brought marked improvement in her condition, with no more pain or itching. Her skin looked better and she felt better because of the relief from all the symptoms.
  
  
• A woman with numbness in her feet due to circulation problems came to the platform to testify that the numbness was gone, along with all the complications caused by her condition.
  

Many more miracles took place, but time didn’t allow for all to come to the platform.

Pastor Benny prayed for a visitation of the anointing of the Holy Spirit upon pastors and their wives and their ministries.

A Request for Prayer

Stuttgart, the capital of the state of Baden-Württemberg in southern Germany, lies at the center of a heavily populated area, circled by a ring of smaller towns, making Greater Stuttgart the third-biggest city region in the nation. It is spread across a variety of hills, valleys, and parks. 

“What a wonderful time and a miracle-filled crusade we had here in Stuttgart,” Pastor Benny reported. “God continues to do a mighty work throughout Europe. There is such a hunger and openness to the Gospel. As we continue to come back to different areas of Europe, I am seeing an intense thirst for salvation and healing. People want to see a mighty move of God, and I continue to ask partners around the globe to pray earnestly and consistently for those who received Christ Jesus and those who were healed at these services here in Germany. I ask you to agree with me that our precious Lord Jesus will touch an entire generation of hearts and lives. He is the only answer to the challenges here and around the world, and I pray that He will pour out a mighty anointing upon the people of this region in the coming day!”
