First Regularly Scheduled Miracle Service in Long Beach Sees Mighty Outpouring

Pastor Benny Invites Crowd to 2nd Service on June 15

“What a wonderful, powerful, anointed service we had on Sunday at the beautiful Terrace Theater in Long Beach!” reports Pastor Benny Hinn. “For so long I have waited for the Lord to open the way for me to begin having regularly scheduled miracle services in Southern California. With the amazing April 27 service, the Lord has granted my request. God moved mightily with notable miracles and a mighty outpouring, which I pray will continue to impact people’s lives for the glory of our precious Lord Jesus!”

 

Overflow Crowd Joins in Majestic Worship
The capacity-plus crowd filled all three tiers of the auditorium with uplifting music, joining in worship with a select choir of nearly 100 voices and an incredible 15-piece orchestra under the direction of Pastor Jim Cernero.

A guest soloist sang “The Lord’s Prayer” and “Oh, How I Love Him” in both English and Italian. As the audience applauded the special selection, Pastor Benny made his way to center stage and inquired about those in attendance who spoke Spanish. Many in attendance jumped to their feet, some applauding and others cheering. He seized the opportunity and led the audience in a chorus of “How Great Thou Art” in Spanish.

Mighty Miracles
Early in the service Pastor Benny announced that he had learned that some miracles of healing had already taken place before the service began. He also asked the audience to join him in praying a special prayer for all those who had been turned away from the service due to lack of space and seating.

As the service progressed, Pastor Benny preached a dynamic message about Jesus, the Son of God, Savior and Healer of man, contrasting His deity and His humanity. Drawing his message to a close, Pastor Benny reminded all those in attendance that Jesus, the Healer, was present to heal those in need of a miracle.

Miracles included these amazing testimonies:

• Many were healed from arthritis, tumors, and uterine cancer.

• A woman who had suffered with diabetes for years was healed. After using a wheelchair for 17 years, being too weak to walk, she came from Las Vegas after her sister phoned inviting her to the miracle service. Pastor Benny called for the sister and her friend to also come to the platform. When the sister arrived on the platform, the healed woman grabbed her sister’s hand and began to walk briskly, then broke into a slow run back and forth on the platform, rejoicing.

• A man and his wife came to the platform to tell how he had been healed of cancer. Out of work for some time because of his sickness, he had run out of his prescription pain medication, forcing him to rely on over-the-counter pain relievers that gave him no relief from the severe pain. As a healing anointing swept through the crowd, his pain left and strength returned to his body. He and his wife wept as they told of God’s healing touch. Summoned by Pastor Benny, their two children joined them onstage, weeping tears of joy at what God had done. Pastor Benny hugged the boys and wiped away their tears and told the man to go back to his doctor. “I want a full report,” Pastor Benny said. The wife quickly volunteered that they had an appointment the next day. She said they had come trusting God for a miracle, and at first her husband had been reluctant to schedule a follow-up appointment, not seeing the necessity for it. She had encouraged him to follow through with the appointment in faith, trusting that it would be an appointment to confirm the miracle that would take place.

• Powerful testimonies were heard of healings from breast cancer.

• Numerous deaf ears were opened!

Due to so many healings, time did not allow every person who received a miracle to come to the platform to testify of God’s touch.

The Greatest Miracle
At the close of the service, Pastor Benny extended an invitation to all who wanted to receive the greatest miracle—salvation—to come forward and pray a prayer of repentance with him.

As the choir sang the familiar lyrics of “I Surrender All,” people of all ages made their way to the front. As Pastor Benny led them in a prayer of repentance, many wept as they repeated the words of the prayer.
